If you’ve never been on one before, “men’s retreat” can conjure up all sorts of images.
Inner Man is much simpler than that. You spend a few days away with a small group of men, do some interesting things together, eat well, have time to yourself and get the opportunity to have proper conversations along the way.

No. There will be room for honest conversation, but you decide what you share. Listening is allowed. Taking time to yourself is allowed too.

No. Inner Man is not group therapy. Oliver’s counselling background helps shape the environment, but the retreat itself is a few days away built around shared experience, reflection and conversation.
Any physical requirements will be explained clearly before booking. The aim is challenge without macho performance, and nobody should be left guessing what they are signing up for.
